This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions as a binding agreement between the BUYER and the DEALER AMOFS-DEMICHELLES NIG. LTD
and executed on this day 22/12/2024 WHEREAS the buyer desires to buy/ship a car of his/her choice from the United State of America/Europe to Nigeria by securing the service of the DEALER, AMOFS-DEMICHELLES NIG LTD.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, covenants, and conditions contained herein, the parties agrees as follows:

1. CAR SELECTION: The buyer shall submit car specification.
2. PARTICIPATE IN CAR SEARCH: Browse suggested sites and make choice of car within one week of submission of this AGREEMENT form.
3. MAKE DEPOSIT: 85% of the agreed cost of car which includes ocean and land transportation cost shall be paid to the DEALER.
4. ARRIVAL OF CAR takes about three weeks to eight weeks. During this period, updates shall be provided weekly by the DEALER.
5. ONCE car has been purchased, BUYER can no longer make changes to the CHOICE of car and payment must be completed once car arrives Nigeria.
6. BALANCE OF PAYMENT (15%) shall be made upon arrival of car at Nigeria Lagos port BEFORE clearing.
7. BUYER shall take possession of car after CLEARING immediately in LAGOS.
8. DELIVERY OF CARS outside Lagos shall attract extra charges and subject to other agreements NOT covered by this document.
